The license for the Arusha Project bits
The Arusha Project will depend ultimately on various teams making available their public repositories of Arusha solutions. It's their stuff; they can make it available on their own terms.The Arusha teams to which the core developers contribute (ARK and Sidai) make their code available under the BSD license. (Before 29 May 2004, it was under the GPL.)
